Stockinette for The Food Trade
We supply many different types of stockinette to customers within the food industry, from butchers through to wholesale meat suppliers, abattoirs and food processors, including Kebab manufacturers. The stockinette is used to cover the food, to protect it, keep it clean and also assist in handling, transport and to improve the presentation of the product.
The unique features of stockinette, mainly it's high stretch and low cost, make it ideal for covering carcases of beef, pigs, lamb and ham joints etc. The material is supplied in a number of weights, and colours as rolls or custom made bags to any required size.
